Refund policy
You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Our returns address is different from our company address, so we'll send you the correct return address with your instructions. Parcels sent to any other address may be delayed or lost.
How to return
- Contact us on WhatsApp (+44 7956 745416) or through the contact form at acwowshop.co.uk/pages/contact with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply with the correct return address and instructions.
- Send the item back unused, in its original packaging.
- We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 30 days. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including return postage.
Please note: deflectors that have been fitted, or whose adhesive tape has been used, can't be returned unless faulty.
Return postage: for change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected. UK customers have at least 14 days to cancel an online order.
